By downloading, installing, or using MosiMap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

MosiMap is a mobile application that helps users record and locate their parked vehicles. The service includes GPS location tracking, parking time management, and optional premium features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (notes, photos, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use automated systems to access the app

7. Limitation of Liability

MosiMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or vehicle-related incidents.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
