1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the MosiMap application, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

MosiMap is an iOS application that allows you to record your vehicle's location and find it easily. The service includes:

• Recording and retrieving your vehicle's position
• Guidance to your vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, UWB)
• Parking alerts and notifications
• Premium features by subscription

3. User Account

To use MosiMap, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately to support@mosimap.com.

4. Premium Subscription

MosiMap offers a Premium subscription at €2.99/month.

• The subscription is managed via Apple In-App Purchase
• Renewal is automatic unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done within 24 hours before renewal
• No refund for the current period (except legal obligation)
• Subscription management: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

5. Limitation of Liability

MosiMap cannot be held liable for:

• Fines or impoundments related to parking
• Location errors in areas without GPS signal
• Temporary service interruptions
• Data loss due to voluntary account deletion

6. Intellectual Property

The MosiMap application, its code, design, and content are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email or in-app notification in case of significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
